New laws have made it a requirement that the physician medical director is present and available to see new patients to prescribe medical cosmetic injections and procedures for new patients.

Unlike at many other medical spas, Dr. Berkley has always been in the spa several days a week and has her office there, seeing cosmetic, hormone, weight loss, and other patients.
